In these pictures of Jukdo, a small idyllic island in South Korea, you can see the friendly dog is in nearly all of the pictures.

If the pictures look empty, it's probably because the island has few residents. A 2004 census noted that only a family of three was living there.
Jukdo is just 734m (0.456 miles) long and 482m (0.3 miles) wide.
You'd get there by a 20-minute ferry service from Ulleungdo.
