Inclement weather in Moscow on Watch Brooklyn NineFriday summoned an unexpected public menace: Runaway portable toilets.
Per RT, high winds sent portable toilets skidding across a walkway between the Moscow Museum of Archaeology and the Museum of the Patriotic War in 1812, near by the city's Red Square.
