Huawei recently issued an internal report addressing violations in the recruitment of outsourced employees at its Chengdu branch,Busty Cops on Patrol (2009) revealing that 72 Huawei employees and 19 non-employees were involved in corruption. These violations included arranging and participating in proxy exams, as well as disclosing assessment questions to candidates.
