On Day Two of the convention, Albright made her speech on the stage wearing a striking, sparkling eagle brooch.

It was a gorgeous homage to Hillary Clinton's history-making moment, a brooch of "shattered glass" -- a send up to the glass ceiling that keeps women from achieving their professional goals in a patriarchal society.
